The apartment also has two full featured bathrooms. The central part of the apartment has a small laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen that connects with the living/dining room and a balcony overlooking the beach of Tamariu.

This is an impressive house made up by a parking plus three stories that is only about 150 meters away from the beach.
In the ground floor there's a parking with enough space for two cars plus bicycles, kayaks and others. In the parking itself there's also a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryers.
The bedrooms are located in the first floor of the house. There's four double bedrooms with single beds and king size beds. In that same floor there's also two complete bathrooms.
The living room is in the second floor along with the kitchen, another living room and a terrace that faces the south-west. This second floor can be accessed directly from the street without having to go through the garage.
The third floor is mainly a playing ground perfect for kids or parties.
